Shipping
We at playccg.com are happy to provide different shipping methods to ensure you get your product in a secure and timely manner.
Your order will ship within two business days of it being placed. Shipping times vary, especially for orders outside of the USA. If you are in the USA or Canada you can expect your product within a week of your order, often much faster. If you do not have your cards within two weeks of your order please contact us (Support@playccg.com).
For international orders we always ship air mail to ensure your cards arrive promptly. Even so, international shipping takes more time, especially for large orders that can be delayed by customs. If you do not have your cards within three weeks of your order, please contact us (Support@playccg.com).
If you are in a hurry, a variety of rush shipping options are available. If you need your order within 72 hours please select domestic or international priority mail. If you need your cards in less that 72 hours and you are placing your order between 10 am and 10 pm Pacific Standard time you are welcome to call our sales team at 1-206-295-1503 to try to set up express shipping. We do not guarantee that overnight shipping will be an option in all cases, but we want to work with you to get you your cards as soon as you need them. Our current shipping record is 36 hours door to door, Seattle to Germany.
Also remember that Yasuki Jeremy will be at most major conventions and some koteis. If you need your cards at the last minute for an event, let us know and we may be able to bring your cards and meet you at the event.
Note that for international orders that require a customs form the exact sales price will be used for the value on the customs form.
